Most remote controls have battery slots. All you need to do is store batteries in case it runs out of power. However, you sometimes forget to keep some in stock. You sometimes have to run out to the nearest convenience store in the middle of the night. The Harmony One solves this problem for you because it comes with a rechargeable lithium-ion battery that you can mount on its cradle whenever you don’t use it. The battery used to power it is a 950milli amp hour lithium ion type. It uses 3.7 volts to provide the needed power. All you need to do is slide the battery into the bottom after you remove the cover. A charging cradle is used to answer your power requirements. A transformer is attached to it to supply power its power needs when the battery is discharged. The cord can simply be routed under the cradle through one of two channels if you want to keep the level constant. If the lights are off, the cradle comes with an adjustable lamp to show where the cradle is. You simply have to adjust the light’s intensity to high, low, or off.

To protect the screen from scratches, the remote comes with a protective cover. Just peel it off to reveal the actual screen.
